Arriving late due to bus delays, I appreciated the clear instructions to access our keys, alleviating initial concerns. The relaxed ambiance allowed us to unwind, especially after exploring the nearby attractions like Stephansplatz, which was just a few minutes' walk away. While the room had limited decor and no air conditioning, the fan provided comfort during our stay amidst the summer heat. We were pleased to discover a peaceful courtyard that provided a quiet escape and a lovely setting for our children to play. Breakfast was a highlight for my kids, who enjoyed the variety offered. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our family felt at ease. Benediktushaus delivered a delightful experience for our family, making it a suitable option for those seeking comfort and convenience during their travels.
